# How to log in

Log in with your username/email and password. You can use your email as a username. If you don't have a user login, contact our support [*+47 22 54 50 60*](tel:+4722545060) *(Dial 2)*.

If this is the first time you are logging in, you will need to change your password. After changing the password, select the top left menu and choose Schedule.
